Shipping policy
Production Time
All Badger Custom Grips are handcrafted to order. Current production times are listed on each product page and typically range from 3-4 weeks, depending on grip style and customization.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Expedited Processing shortens production time. This production time may vary, but the number of days present at the time of checkout is guaranteed. Please note that holidays and office closures do not count as business days.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Once completed, domestic orders ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated transit times after shipment:
USPS
- Economy (Free Shipping): USPS Ground Advantage — 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days
FedEx
- FedEx Ground — 3–5 business days
- FedEx Home Delivery — 3–5 business days (residential delivery)
- FedEx Express (if selected) — 1–2 business days
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delays
Badger Custom Grips is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is subject to the carrier’s network and service conditions.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
Order Changes
Because our products are custom-made, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at orders@badgercustomgrips.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS or FedEx to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International:
International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)
EU Orders — VAT/Duties Included Where Applicable
For most EU customers, VAT and duties on orders under €150 (excluding shipping) are collected at checkout via the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) where available. If customs in your country still requests additional fees, these are your responsibility. Please contact us at orders@badgercustomgrips.comif that occurs.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship international orders with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL). Expected delivery time for EU orders is typically 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Other International Orders (Non-EU)
For customers outside the EU: duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
International Delivery Contact Information
For international orders, we strongly recommend including a valid phone number with your shipping address at checkout. International carriers and customs authorities often require a phone number to contact the recipient for delivery coordination or customs clearance. Orders submitted without a phone number may experience delivery delays.
Customs, Delays & Fees
Badger Custom Grips is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees assessed by customs authorities. International transit times are estimates only and are subject to customs processing.
Bundled Items & Customs Clearance
To improve international customs clearance rates, certain bundled or accessory items may not be shipped together with custom-made grips. In some cases, we may remove non-essential bundled items from an international order if doing so helps prevent the primary item (custom grips) from being delayed, rejected, or returned by customs authorities.
If an item is removed for customs reasons, it will either:

be shipped separately, or

be refunded, at our discretion.
Our goal is always to ensure the successful delivery of the primary custom product whenever possible.
Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal of duties or failure to clear customs, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
